Some of the Typography is nice but is a little slow - speed them up 15%ish or cut dead space to give them some energy and impact. The tune is slow, boring and should go. Try and trim it all down to about one and a half minutes in length. Look at some of the good reels by known vfx people, try and figure out why their reels "rock" and imitate them. I read that your an editor and those sections of your reel at excellent - well edited and color graded etc. Try to use those skills more on vfx footage.
